Nanodiamond is produced by uncombined carbons which are generated by the explosion of negative oxygen balance explosive and then are converted into particles of 50-20nm by the effect of pressure and temperature by detonation wave. Crystals are spherical with no edge; the surface of diamond has functional groups containing oxygen and nitrogen.
Product performance: wear resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity are good. Purity and smoothness is high; main impurity is within 1ppm and Ra is less than 0.8nm.
Used for ultrafine and grinding of hard disc, glass, ceramic, cemented carbide, magnetic head and gemstone. Work as additive of lubricant or engine oil to reduce friction.
